The Pool

While saving Harriet in the Lawsons' new pool, Vicki "drowns" and lands in the hospital under X-rays with a bewildered doctor.

The notion that Vicki's skin isn't watertight is kind of lame, especially when it's implied that she's gone to beaches and pools without one spark of a problem (no pun intended).  It's still doubtful even a bad leak could knock her out of commission this badly (See Vicki On Dunahue).  Though Vicki is superficially anatomically precise enough to pass the cursory eye of a nurse, the doctor's stupidity in swallowing Ted's explanation of X-rays and strange internal sounds from her examination goes beyond silly.

This episode missed, along with an artificial respiration education plug, an offbeat potential resurrection theme of some kind, like the Lawsons "reviving" Vicki themselves and leaving Harriet with a mystical reverence toward Vicki.  Such games you can play with robot/android themes.
