Ted is proud that Jamie's made the Pee Wee Football league, unknowing that Jamie only does it to please his dad.

Vicki's second pinafore makeover and her rolled ponytail starts flattening out and losing its cuteness.  Vicki's first head-turning gag which techie mail manages to chide and limit down to only four times in the series.  The plot's inconsistency with Jamie's previous and later football passion is an obvious flub.
