Pristine Lake in NE Washington, 40 miles from Spokane

There is plenty of privacy along the shores of this mid-size lake where only 4 permanent households are established. The Lake Dome (For Sale) is located in the foreground of the photo to the right (see"Main House" section for enlargement). On the north side of the lake is a waterfall tumbling into the lake and further up river is a second waterfall. On the southwest side is a public boat launching area and swimming area. Nearby, there is also a private 'community' area for property owners.
     The boat speed limit is 5 mph which ensures a quiet, peaceful environment favorable to canoeing, kayaking, or simply relaxing. The lake reaches 150-ft deep in places which provides habitat for deep-water fish and also attracts some scuba divers to the lake. Wildlife is abundant and moose, deer, water fowl, and beavers are frequently seen in the lake or along the shoreline.
