Comments: We caught y'all's act in Ft. Lauderdale at the Cajun/Zydeco Festival when we we played there as Deja Vu'. You guys were great. Wish that the Porch Dogs would travel to Louisiana, so that we could see you more often. LOVE THAT FIDDLE PLAYER!! Since we have last played the festival, four of the five members of the band, (me on drums, Bill Grass on fiddle, Jerome Thomassie on bass, and Wes Thibodeaux on accordion, vocals, and harmonica, have left Deja Vu' to form our own band, called "THE BOUDIN CAJUN BAND". We would love to play the festival again (we've played for 2 years), but, we are afraid that they may not know who we are, since we changed our name. So, hopefully, we will get to see you guys again next summer!! Keep it up!!

Comments: Hey, great web page! We are Cajun Connection members, so we have danced to your band many times. The last gig at the Cafe' on the Bayou being the best yet! We particularly appreciate the knowing your schedule, as I'm certain do other Connection members. If you haven't figured it out by now, we'll drive 100 - 200 miles to dance to a band that plays traditional Cajun/Zydeco dance music. The Dogs have come a long way in that respect, since we first heard you, some three years ago. You have become one of our favorites! Keep up the good work! It's early to mention it, but we're thinking of having a field party in the Fall of 2000. Hope we can get together!
